Ben Jones

PGA Professional

Ben has been with the Garon Park Team for 25 years, qualifying as a PGA professional in 2008. Ben has completed further qualifications including his advanced golf coaching accreditation along with the PGA level 3 (ASQ Level 3) programme. Ben is our head of coaching and golf participation. He specialises in bringing new people of all ages into the game and helps all standards of golfers from beginner to elite performer. Ben spent 8 years coaching the Essex country junior squad and won the accolade of the golf foundations ‘PGA coach of the year in 2015’.

Adam Sullivan

PGA Professional

Adam joined Garon Park as a cadet in 2016 as a keen young golfer and is eager to give young golfers the same opportunities he had to improve his golf and life skills. Adam turned professional in 2021 and is currently completing his PGA qualification. Adam uses his knowledge of the game to teach adults, from brand new golfers to club golfers, using video analysis.

Jack Farenden

PGA Professional

Jack has been with Garon Park Golf Complex since October 2021 and is currently in his last year of the PGA qualification. Jack has been playing golf from a young age, giving him plenty of experience within the sport and has competed and won at county level. Using his experience through playing and the PGA qualification, Jack teaches Junior and Adult groups along with individual lessons which include video analysis. Jack also offers custom fitting.

Steve Richardson

PGA Professional & Director of Golf

Steven is the Golf Shop Manager and has been a PGA Professional for over 26 years. With his vast knowledge of both the golf swing and equipment technology he is well equipped to better your game and help you find the perfect clubs to suit. Steven specializes in video analysis and uses a slow motion camera to view your faults, teaching beginners and advanced golfers alike.

Millie May Tillyer

Assistant PGA Professional & Head of Digital Marketing

Millie May is a PGA Trainee and the Digital Marketing Manager at Garon Park Golf Complex. Having played golf since the age of six, she is a former Essex Girls Champion and a member of the England East Squad. With a strong background in competitive golf and a deep passion for the sport, Millie combines her playing experience with creative marketing expertise to help grow the game and promote all that Garon Park has to offer.

Lee Carmichael-Sitch

Assistant PGA Professional & Custom Fitter

Lee is a PGA Trainee and Custom Fit Specialist who has played at Garon Park since he was a junior. With a lifelong connection to the club and a deep understanding of both the golf swing and equipment technology, Lee is dedicated to helping golfers find the perfect clubs to suit their game. His expertise in custom fitting ensures every player gets the most out of their equipment, enhancing performance and confidence on the course.
